KYC Record
Clicking any row in the KYC List opens the detail page for that applicant record. The page is divided into a sidebar on the left and a main content area with tabs.
Sidebar
The sidebar provides a summary of the record's current state and allows quick assignment.
Status Badge
Displays the current status (Waiting, In Review, Approved, Rejected, etc.) with a colour-coded indicator.
Source Badge
Indicates the origin of the record (e.g. "KYCCheck" for records submitted through the KYC Check flow).
Reviewer Assignment
A selector that shows who is currently assigned to review this record. Managers and authorised reviewers can reassign to any team member from here.
Record Info
Key metadata about the record:
- Submission date
- Last updated date
- Number of times submitted
- Merchant reference (refId), if set
- Retention status (if a data retention policy applies)
Field & Certificate Status Groups
The sidebar lists each identity field and certificate group with a status indicator showing whether each has been approved, rejected, or is pending. This gives reviewers a quick visual overview of what still needs attention before making a final decision.
Main Content Tabs
Summary
A high-level overview of the record including the applicant's key personal data and the overall review status.
Identity
Shows all submitted identity documents and personal data fields. For each field or document, the reviewer can see:
- The submitted value or document image
- Whether it has been previously approved or rejected
- Comments from prior reviews
Reviewers mark individual fields and documents as approved or rejected during the review process.
Certificate
Displays the certificates associated with this record.
Flow / Check Flow
Shows the results of any automated review flows that have run on this record, including the bot's assessment of each field and any flags or recommendations. See Automated Review for details.
BP Forms
Displays responses submitted through a Blockpass Form, if the applicant registered via a configured form. Shows each question and the applicant's answer.
View History
A small eye icon in the record footer shows who has viewed this record and when — useful for accountability and coordination within the review team.
Notes
Reviewers and managers can add internal notes to any record. Notes are only visible to your team and are not shared with the applicant. All notes are timestamped and attributed to the team member who wrote them.
