Admin console introduction


The KYC Connect Admin Console is used to create and configure your KYC Connect service(s) and perform some other administration tasks such as

  • choosing service plans,
  • viewing billing information,
  • viewing system activity logs.

More KYC process operational settings are accessed through the KYC Connect Dashboard config settings menu, available to operators with the management role.


A Blockpass Single Sign-On (OAuth) merchant-user account is required. Visit the Admin Console to begin the merchant-user account registration process.


After logging in via Blockpass SSO you will be able to create and configure services.

A service is an instance of the KYC Connect product. Each service has an associated KYC Connect Dashboard. The dashboard collects and processes individual users' Identities as they are uploaded to the service from the Blockpass Mobile Application.

The navigation menu on the left is used to access different administrative features, like managing your services, and viewing activity logs.

Clicking the Blockpass logo at top-left from anywhere to get back to the Console front page.

At top-right the username and avatar of the logged in user is shown. Click the Avatar to access user account settings, define user-associated companies, or to log out.
