Service Configuration - Team tab

Manage your team​

From the Services List, click on a Service's name then select the Team tab.

On this tab, you can manage your teams access to your services configuration and dashboard. For KYC operators, you should apply the manager or reviewer roles as described below

Blockpass members accounts are distinct from individual Blockpass mobile-app users and their Identities

Adding users​

Click Invite member and enter the email address they used to create their Blockpass member account.

Select the appropriate role for this user on this service then click Add

Once added, the member will be able to access the service's dashboard at kyc.blockpass.org and/or the the admin console service tabs at console.blockpass.org according to the role selected for that user.

Each member account can have only one role assigned for each service.

Member service roles​

  • Billing owner
    • Can update company information and payment method
    • Can update settings of a service.
    • Can process KYC, delete or archive profiles.
  • Manager
    • Can update settings of a service.
    • Can process KYC, delete or archive profiles.
  • Reviewer
    • Can only process KYC.
  • Accountant
    • Can only view the Usage tab in the Admin Console.
  • Read-only
    • Can view all KYC profiles but can't process or update settings.
