System users are like the
A system user can manage dashboard users, manage available Services, and perform bulk actions.
They have access to control the Dashboard Server, but cannot access the individual Service Dashboards to inspect or review candidates personal information.
A System scope user can modify integration settings, such as SMTP mail server configuration, and to cleanup or archive all the data for a specified Service Dashboard.
Service users can access the individual Service Dashboards they have been authorised for.
A Service user authorised for a Service has a specific role applied:
Read-only, with the ability to see the Service Dashboard and Candidates, but not change anything.
Reviewer, with the ability to start a review of a Candidate's uploaded Identity, and accept/reject the Candidates personal info attributes, and Approve a candidate for onboarding.
Manager, with the ability to access and manage all Candidates and modify various Service level Dashboard settings.
Create Service Users
Once logged in to the Dashboard Server as the
admin user, create users for your KYC operators from the
Accounts option in the drop-down menu the appears when you click the
admin username at top-right.
Click the (+) icon to display a form for the user's
service is highlighted at the bottom of the form.
Associate Service Users with Service Roles
Once Service users are created, select
Services from the drop-down menu. This will display all the Services for this Dashboard Server.
For the Service you wish to add users, click the
Edit link at the right.
Permission and Role tab, then click the (+) icon. Select the user by entering the first few characters iof the
username you provided when creating the user above.
Assign the user the role (Read-only, Reviewer, Manager) the user should have when accessing this Service's Dashboard.
